Опис вакансії

Sales & Reservation Officer

Responsibilities:

Work with B2B clients (travel companies) to identify their needs and suggest suitable hotels, resorts, transport, and travel packages.
Provide consultation on hotels, resorts, transportations, excursions, calculate total package costs, and offer alternatives in case of unavailability.
Ensure accuracy of all services before guest arrival and timely collection of payments.
Work with reservation system
Achieve monthly targets & KPIs.

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification in tourism.
1−3 years of experience in the travel industry (preferably in a travel agency).
Proven skills in tourism sales and reservations.
Advance English (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills and ability to manage stressful situations.
