Senior Project Manager (FinTech)

Our client is a European lending service provider whose goal is to improve people’s daily lives by providing easy-to-use financial services enabled by the latest technological innovations. For more than a decade, our client has been providing financial services to numerous target groups in their international markets. As one of the leading companies in the fintech industry, our client currently operates in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Spain and aims for rapid growth and scaling in global markets. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their engineering team.

Required skillset:

• Developer, QA or systems analyst background;
• Prior demonstrated experience (5+ years) as a project manager delivering software development projects/project phases/iterations, of which 3+ years were worked at a software product company or a bank;
• Prior demonstrated experience of successful work in the FinTech domain;
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English;
• Highly motivated and self-driven, recognizing opportunities to advance your craft and profession, learning from mistakes and moving beyond them;

• Strive to implement best practices, holding a strong interest in sharing your discoveries and methodologies with those around you

Nice to have:

• Good working knowledge of Monday.com capabilities;
• Recommendations from previous employers or/and peers
