Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Operator to join our team. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service over the phone, helping clients with service inquiries, determining service areas, identifying customer needs, providing information on service fees, scheduling appointments, and confirming service details.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with a professional and friendly greeting.
• Determine service eligibility by asking for and verifying customer’s zip code.
• Identify and understand customer issues, liaising with technicians for complex matters.
• Inform customers about service call fees.
• Schedule appointments, offering time windows and confirming details.
• Collect customer information accurately for appointment scheduling.
• Manage appointment schedules and updates in our CRM system.
• Respond to text requests on popular platforms and call out to requests from our website.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
• Professional, friendly, and empathetic approach to customer service.
• Ability to multitask and handle complex scheduling.
• Comfortable with using CRM systems and other computer applications.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Basic understanding of household appliances is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a bonus.
