Junior Lawyer

The following skills are important to us:

• Experience in a similar position at least 1 year;
• Experience working with foreign clients, banks and consultants;
• Expertise in drafting and negotiation of various commercial and business contracts;
• Background in legal consulting;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• English — Upper-intermediate.

Your future responsibilities:

• Drafting, revising and signing contracts with company employees and contractors;
• Providing support to company employees and contractors on legal and payment issues, etc;
• Drafting, revising and negotiation of commercial and business contracts, transaction documents, NDAs, policies etc;
• Providing support of the activities of foreign companies, including communication with foreign service providers, banks and payment institutions, counterparties on compliance issues;
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations, fulfillment of other legal tasks and assignments arising in course of business, both in the international sphere and in Ukraine.
