Job Description

As a member of our recruiting team, you will support our efforts to attract high potentials for internships or full-time consulting roles in Central Europe.

You will monitor incoming applications, review and evaluate application documents. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and follow-up of recruiting days, ensuring a smooth selection process. You will be in close contact with our recruiting teams in Munich, Vienna, and Zurich, as well as with applicants and interviewers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German is considered an advantage
• Ideally, (initial) experience in recruiting
• Strong organizational talent and a structured, meticulous working style
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed and reliable working approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
