Specialist of the commercial department

СDM Engineering Ukraine is looking for a specialist in the commercial department.

• Have a good level of English (written and spoken) — mandatory
• Ready to work full-time in an office
• Are a confident MS Office user
• Are a quick learner and attentive to detail
• Have experience in writing — an advantage
• Responsible, disciplined and result oriented.

Functional responsibilities for this position:

We work primarily with international clients and our projects are often implemented by multinational teams of experts, so you should be comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis, both in person and in correspondence.

The commercial team works mainly to attract clients and produce commercial offers, which combines marketing and administrative data, description of qualifications and experience, CVs of proposed team, technical and financial parts. To succeed in producing the winning bids you will be involved in:

• Communication with clients and partners
• Planning the preparation
• Coordination with other parties (in-house team, subcontractors, freelance experts)
• Compiling administrative and legal documentation
• Writing and translation (English, Ukrainian)
• Formatting and design of the final documents
• Participation in budgeting

This position does not include cold sales.
