We are UpWhale — a boutique client generation company based in the UK (Birmingham) with a global team of super-talented individuals.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Upwork Lead Generation Manager with strong organizational skills, strong writing skills, and a huge passion for growth.

This is an entry-level role and we’re willing to consider candidates with no experience as long as they posses strong written English level (minimum B2) — we also provide full training for the right candidate and are willing to invest in your growth and skill development.

The ideal candidate:

  • Ability to learn new things fast;
  • Ability to learn new things fast; Great attention to detail and a lot of pride in their work;
  • Experience working with Upwork\linkedin — is a plus but not mandatory;
  • English (B2);
  • Can-do attitude; Open-minded and well-mannered;
  • Someone who is responsible enough to always get their job done; Willingness to learn new stuff — automation tools, growth marketing etc. (we provide free training to our Amazing team members, the skills that we teach are invaluable because they are extremely sought after by IT companies but very hard to come by on the market among other candidates); Enjoys a start-up environment and is able to work on their own initiative without heavy supervision and constant task reminders; Is not afraid of interesting challenges and is able to receive feedback well and is stress resilient;
