Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager who will maintain close communication with our team members and fully manage projects. It is important to help team members improve their advertising and analytics reports, monitor progress, and make sure the project is moving in a positive direction.

Requirements:

• Important: Experience working in the Amazon space and preparing reports
• Important 2: proactiveness
• Will be an advantage if you have one of the following: a) basic knowledge of Amazon Advertising, understanding key metrics, and how to evaluate them; b) marketing or lead generation background c) social media management experience d) personal assistance experience
• Experience in Project Management — 2+ years
• Fluent English is a must: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Task management and prioritization
• Problem-solving skills
• High level of self-organization
• Ability to quickly find and analyze necessary information
• Setting and bringing tasks to a conclusion within established deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the overall progress of tasks, advertising, and total account metrics. Communicate with teammates about deadlines
• Communicate with the team to achieve the project’s strategic goals
• Translate advertising reports and necessary documentation, and ask for additional details
• Prepare presentations & SOP
• Additionally, there are tasks related to planning social media content
• Optional (for next stages): client communication
• Optional 2: AI images & video generation
