Ehvert Inc. is actively looking for a SharePoint Administrator to join our team.

We design and, in many cases, manage the construction process of the facility including the complex electrical, mechanical, automation and security systems to power, cool, and secure the large number of computers that are housed in these facilities.

What will you do:

• Administer and maintain the company’s SharePoint environment, including site collections, libraries, and permissions
• Customize and configure SharePoint sites and workflows to meet business requirements
• Provide technical support and training to users on SharePoint functionality and best practices
• Monitor SharePoint usage and performance, and implement measures to optimize performance and ensure data security
• Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades

What we expect:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
• Good (minimum B1 and higher) written and verbal English skills
• 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, including site configuration, user management, and security
• Experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server
• Experience with SharePoint development tools and technologies (e.g., SharePoint Designer, PowerShell)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator) are a plus
