KOSTAL Ukraine is stable growing company with more than 15 years history on Ukrainian market. Today KOSTAL Ukraine is a direct supplier of automotive components for different famous manufactures like a Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Ford, Tesla, Daimler, BMW, Renault and others.

For further development we are looking experienced candidates to fill the position of Purchasing Operations TL.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Managing the purchasing operations / transactional Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team members and assigning functional responsibilities to them. Direct reports: 8−12 employees in direct and indirect operational buyer teams.
  • Drive information flow between head office and local teams and coordinate daily operation of the operational buyer teams.
  • Maintaining effective communication with KOSTAL HQ, KOSTAL Business Services (Budapest) and with the purchasing department of the KOSTAL Automobil Elektrik GmbH & Co. KG.
  • Participation in the optimization of processes and costs, both within the framework of direct responsibilities and in related functions.
  • Preparation of reporting documentation for the team.
  • Planning and development of personnel in the team.
  • Administrative team leader activities, e.g. time sheets, performance reviews
  • Continuous Improvement (CI) of transactional purchasing processes and services.
  • Cross functional cooperation with related organizations, especially with Accounts Payable and Finance teams.
  • Reports to the Purchasing Operations Manager

Candidate requirements:

  • 3+ years related experience in operational / transactional purchasing. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred;
  • Higher economic/commercial education;
  • Native in Ukrainian, fluent English (written and spoken), German is advantage;
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Hands-on attitude;
  • Advanced management skills;
  • Competence in working in interdisciplinary and international teams. Teamwork;
  • Results-oriented, personal leadership and ownership for assigned tasks;
  • Analytical and creative mindset to generate opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Flexibility. Willingness to work in a dynamic and multitask environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Experience in SAP and S4/HANA preferred.
