We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing discrepancies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
YOUR ROLE
- Generate and review invoices for accuracy and completeness;
- Enter billing data into accounting software and maintain billing records;
- Verify rates, charges, and discounts applied to invoices;
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner;
- Communication regarding addressing billing inquiries and provide assistance as needed;
- Collaborate with internal team to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
YOUR STRENGTHS
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or trucking sphere is a must;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English is required;
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Google Workspace preferred);
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work in a team environment, and be a team player.

- Schedule Mon-Fri 8AM — 5 PM EST (3PM — 12AM Kyiv);
