Facebook Ads Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful Facebook advertising campaigns, deeply understand Facebook’s advertising platform, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional results for our US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs
• Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and optimize ad targeting
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategy adjustments, and address any concerns or questions
• Run calls with clients to review account performance, discuss campaign strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with a high level of spoken and written English, to effectively communicate with clients and team members (mandatory)
• 1+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in the US market)
• Familiarity with data-keeping and use of tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, and others
• Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including proficiency in ad creation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
