Requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic, hungry, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a B2B part-time Marketing Associate & Lead generation specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, connecting with prospects, and effectively marketing our services to them. Your primary focus will be on conducting email marketing campaigns, initiating contact with potential clients, and arranging meetings to discuss our offerings. This position requires: 1. Excellent communication skills 2. A proactive attitude 3. A strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Moreover, you should have the:

  1. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  2. Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (LEMLIST), CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  3. A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets and objectives.
  4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Work conditions: Hybrid — 3−5 hours a day. This is a part-time position: especially ideal for students. All you need is a laptop and a good internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential businesses that could benefit from our marketing services.
  2. Reach out to prospects via email and other channels to introduce our services.
  3. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and generate leads.
  4. Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up on inquiries to move them through the sales funnel.
  5. Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  7. Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
