Опис вакансії

Requirements:

  • Email Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in managing successful email campaigns, including segmentation and optimization;
  • Omnichannel Communication: Understanding of multi-channel communication strategies for cohesive brand messaging;
  • Data Management: Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets, preferably with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau;
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to investigate and resolve email deliverability issues with attention to detail;
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with external partners for account management;
  • Analytical Thinking: Critical thinking to identify trends and insights from data, driving informed decision-making;
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing industry trends and campaign requirements;
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organization skills for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines;
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and execution;
  • Resilience: Ability to remain composed under pressure and persevere in achieving goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead email efforts with a solid grasp of email marketing principles, segmenting audiences effectively and using industry best practices to boost deliverability;
  • Plan and execute communication strategies across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presence;
  • Manage data efficiently using analytical tools and admin panels to improve processes and guide decision-making;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deliverability issues to maximize campaign effectiveness;
  • Coordinate with external partners to manage accounts and optimize partnerships;
  • Monitor for issues and provide timely reports and recommendations for improvement;
  • Explore new approaches and technologies to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency;
  • Handle incoming administrative requests for cross-team communicative efforts in emails and sms deliveries.
