Job description:

We are looking for a paralegal / junior associate.

English knowledge is required.

Our expectations:

• final years student or completed higher legal education;

• knowledge of Ukrainian and English (reading and writing level not lower than B2);

• responsibility, discipline, attentiveness;

• initiative and independence;

• desire to learn and grow;

• ability to work in a team and individually;

• high level of emotional and mental stability to work under tight deadlines.

Future tasks:

• analysis of case files, legislation (both Ukrainian and foreign) and drafting analytical documents based on the results of such analysis;
• correspondence with foreign lawyers / clients;

• legal research for relevant information (court practice, background information, public statements of the parties, etc.);

• drafting attorney’s requests, applications, complaints, and other documents both within the framework of proceedings in Ukraine and those necessary for the defence of clients abroad;
• full cycle of work with court cases (criminal, administrative, commercial, civil): drafting procedural documents, analysing documents, technical work with documents;

• translation of documents from Ukrainian into English and vice versa, proofread of translations.
