Requirements:
- Education
- Mandatory work experience of 2 years or more as a receptionist/reception manager
- Confident user of PC and office equipment: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Booking, Expedia), Google
- Knowledge of Business Etiquette
- Attentiveness, practicality, working with information, willingness to learn, responsibility, emotional balance and resistance to stress, multitasking
- Knowledge of Advanced English will be an advantage

Duties:
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Receptionists are often the first point of contact for guests, so they greet visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Managing Reservations: Receptionists handle guest reservations, whether made in person, over the phone, or online. They ensure accurate booking information, assign rooms, and confirm reservations as needed.
- Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Receptionists facilitate the check-in and check-out process for guests, including verifying identification, processing payments, and issuing room keys. They also address any guest concerns or requests during their stay.
- Handling Phone Calls and Correspondence: Receptionists manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or taking messages as necessary. They also respond to emails and other forms of correspondence in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Receptionists assist with various administrative duties, such as maintaining guest records, updating databases, and organizing paperwork. They may also handle billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
- Providing Concierge Services: Receptionists may offer concierge services to guests, such as arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and booking tours or excursions.
- Ensuring Security: Receptionists monitor the lobby area and ensure the safety and security of guests and staff. They may also oversee access control systems and assist with emergency procedures if needed.
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Order: Receptionists help maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, ensuring it presents a professional and welcoming appearance at all times.
- Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Receptionists must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively resolve any issues or complaints that arise from guests or other staff members.
- Upholding Professionalism: Receptionists represent the hotel and its brand, so they must maintain a professional demeanor, exhibit excellent customer service skills, and handle all interactions with courtesy, efficiency, and discretion.
