ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Build and establish new business by identifying selling prospects.
- Identifies business opportunities and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and prospects and evaluating customer needs with regards to their position in the industry.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through research, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and business requirements. Maintain good relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trend, market activities and competitors.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information; create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS SET:
- EDUCATION LEVEL (Min.): Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Marketing,
Promotions, Advertising sales, or Business Administration
- NO. OF YEARS EXPERIENCE (Min.): At least 2 to 3 years work experience in
Sales
- COMPULSORY SKILLS (E.g. Computer — MS Office): Strategic Leadership Ability,
good communication skills / public communication skills, self motivated and
committed with result driven approach
- ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES: Able to work independently with minimal
supervision.
