Опис вакансії

We are looking for a Media Operations coordinator for a data-centric consulting firm that specializes in marketing and media efficiency, Artificial Intelligence, data privacy compliance, and analytics. Its media and marketing analysis practice focuses on helping companies evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing activities ranging from strategy, vendor selection, setup, and optimizations. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree marketing, business, preferred.

  • Ad server knowledge, DoubleClick Campaign Manager preferred, knowledge of creative trafficking process
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, analytic skills, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Ability to professionally communicate with, present to, and interact with clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Demonstrates initiative and drives to completion of projects. Responsibilities:

Ad Trafficking:

  • Traffic of all creative assets to internal teams (Search, Social) and Campaign Manager 360 display/video assets directly in the platform.
  • Ensure all received assets are up to spec.
  • Coordinate the approval of all preview links from the social team.
  • Check delivery upon campaign launch, work with activation teams on troubleshooting if there are any issues with going live/lack of delivery.

Media Buying Operations and Reconciliation:

  • Pull all final delivery for actualization purposes, verifies final billables with all activation teams, compiles and provides to Media Operations Manager.
  • Review vendor invoices, verify against planned and delivered amounts. Bring up issues to Media Operations Manager to get directions on next steps.
  • With Media Operations Manager’s approval, clear invoices for payment once all issues are resolved.
  • Assist Media Operations Manager in maintaining the Master Account Tracker and Master Invoice Tracker.
  • Receive, review and log vendor invoices each month.Would be a plus- Digital media planning/buying experience, reconciliation, and billing experience. Working terms
