The mission of UAMH is to fight for the mental health of our nation. We teach Ukrainians to listen to themselves and not be afraid to seek help from psychologists when they need support. Through our network of partners, we create psychoeducational content and provide free psychological counseling for vulnerable populations. • Formulate comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with organizational and project goals.
• Devise plans to enhance the organization’s and project public image and reputation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with NGOs, media, influencers, and government.
• Plan and execute online and offline events/trainings to promote the organization and build positive relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with marketing, operations, and overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on PR performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in public relations.
• Continuously enhance personal and team skills through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year professional experience in Public Relations or Communications.
• Experience in developing and implementing a PR and communication strategies and PR activities plan. KPI Tracking
• Analytical skills, attention to details, high level of accuracy when working with numbers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in planning and executing successful events/webinars.
• Experience in partnership management in various fields.
• Creative mindset for developing innovative PR campaigns and understanding of current trends.
• Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
