Supply Chain Stock Planner to Szczecin (Poland)

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Stock Planner to join our team. This role involves leading projects to optimize processes, conducting business review meetings, and monitoring warehouse KPIs to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse and inventory management projects to optimize processes and integrate new technologies/methods, while actively participating in them
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business review meetings (MBRM/QBRM) between Private Brands SCM and Warehouse Logistics departments
• Monitor warehouse process KPIs, identifying and addressing deviations in the speed and quality of receiving deliveries, picking goods, and staff productivity for various commodity and business lines (including B2B and dangerous goods)
• Standardize warehouse processes to establish sustainable commodity flow management
• Coordinate the operational and medium-term supply arrival plan, regularly updating warehouse capacity and taking preventative measures against overstocking
• Manage goods distribution between warehouses, setting normative parameters to ensure downstream tier availability while considering current system constraints
• Plan and coordinate global warehouse operations, including inventory management and the physical and informational commissioning of new warehouses, ensuring readiness for marketing activities
• Ensure alignment between data in accounting and warehouse management systems with the actual physical positioning of stock

Qualifications:

• Completed higher education, preferably in mathematics, economics, or logistics
• 5−7 years of strong experience in Supply Chain Stock Planning
• Experience managing inventories with a large number of SKUs (10,000+)
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including issuing business requirements for system improvements
• Experience in Yard Management Systems (YMS)
• Participation in designing and implementing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
• Strong understanding of inventory management and various supply chain planning methods (e.g., min-max, safety stock, demand-driven)
• Proficiency in Lean, Theory of Constraints (TOC), or Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledgeable in Lean Management principles, focusing on waste reduction across the supply chain
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and supply chain synchronization
• Advanced Excel skills, including LookUp, Pivot tables, and Power Query
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
• Language proficiency: English B2+

Nice-to-haves:

• Certification from international supply chain management organizations such as TOCICO, DDI, ISM, or MIT
• Membership in supply chain industry associations like APICS, TOCICO, ISM, or SCC
• Yellow belt (or higher) certification in Lean & Six Sigma
• Experience working across different cultures and time zone
