Middle PHP Laravel Developer

Axiom specializes in providing outstaffing and recruitment services for the IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research industries. With a proven track record in establishing efficient remote communication channels and executing complex IT projects, we are seeking a dynamic PHP Developer (Laravel) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Writing efficient back-end code and constructing PHP modules.
• Understanding and collaborating with existing codebase.
• Generating detailed specifications for development tasks.
• Troubleshooting application and code issues.
• Integrating data storage solutions effectively.
• Collaborating with front-end developers to address integration requests.
• Finalizing back-end features and conducting thorough testing of web applications.
• Updating and enhancing application features to optimize performance.
• Contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Resolving complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in PHP development.
• Proficiency in PHP 7+ and Laravel framework.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of CSS, JSON, and HTML5.
• Experience with Docker is preferred.
• Understanding of React will be advantageous.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with work hours until 12 PM EST
• Full time remote position on contract basis
