Опис вакансії

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an assistant to a founder and/or CEO, preferably in start-up, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Ukrainian.
  • Technologically and digitally savvy, with the ability to utilize various AI technologies and quickly learn new skills and tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Availability to assist the CEO outside of regular working hours, as needed, to accommodate urgent tasks or time-sensitive requests.
  • Flexibility to work in PST time zone.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing the Founder’s calendar and appointments efficiently. Supporting task management, ensuring CEO’s tasks are followed up on, and maintaining control over their execution. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Prioritize tasks to optimize the Founder’s time. Support the Founder in higher value projects and management tasks by organizing his schedule effectively.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and relaying messages in a timely manner.
  • Data Management:Manage databases and CRM systems, updating information and ensuring data integrity. Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.Remote work in an American company: Monday — Friday. (PST — Los Angeles Time)
