Job Summary:
The Search & Social PPC Specialist manages and coordinates comprehensive online advertising strategies across a variety of search and social PPC platforms, such as but not limited to Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. Campaigns will drive traffic to both DTC and various marketplaces. The Specialist will direct scaling and management of various campaigns across Mellanni’s advertising accounts while analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximal effectiveness, return on investment, and spearhead reporting.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee organization-wide online advertising initiatives, including Search Engine Marketing, banner advertising, and social media advertising
- Own the campaign management of Mellanni’s advertising accounts (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Assess performance metrics, including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing initiatives, and make recommendations based on findings
- Report advertising effectiveness on a weekly and monthly cadence using data tools such as PowerBI and platform native tools
- Coordinate with external partners to achieve digital marketing goals
- Ensure all accounts are optimized to performance benchmarks, conducting frequent account optimization to maximize budget: shifting budget, shutting off underperforming campaigns, launching new ad sets, ad creatives, etc.
- Lead experimentation: owning the development, execution, learnings, and next steps for the paid ads testing roadmap
- Stay informed on the latest updates and features within ads platforms
- Work with ad account representatives to advocate for participation in beta and alpha tests, as well as account credits and additional testing opportunities
- Recommend new channels to test, providing sound arguments that support the decision to test
- Communicate creative insights to help refine the creative testing roadmap
- Conduct regular competitor and trend analysis to help Mellanni stand out in the highly competitive home textiles space
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience required (3 years preferred) managing paid media campaigns
- Minimum of 2 years experience owning campaign execution across Google and Meta
- Experience scaling campaign budgets into five- to six-figures
- Proficient in campaign measurement, key funnel metrics, and effectively reporting to leadership
- Proficient with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and audience-building tools and how they fit into paid digital campaigns
- Experience writing paid social and display ad copy designed to drive results
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other ad platforms
Educational and Language Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (verbal and written)
