Trainee, Junior UX/UI Designer

Got It Agency — We’re a design and development agency, located in Eastern Europe (Lviv) that creates and supports awesome web&mobile apps.

Вимоги:

• PORTFOLIO is necessary
• A foundational understanding of design tools such as Figma.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or animation is a plus but not required.
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of the latest design patterns and best practices
• A keen eye for the latest design trends and eagerness to learn about best practices.
• Motivation to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• No prior professional experience is required, but a portfolio showcasing your projects, even from coursework or personal endeavors, is a must.
• Ability to work autonomously

Обов’язки:

• Collaborating effectively with clients and teammates
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
• Creating and improving user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Incorporating client feedback into the design
• Taking part in the pre-sale process
• Demonstrate, suggest and discuss best practices with clients
