Job Description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in analyzing subscription service user behavior, setting up BI systems independently, and leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Systems Setup: Independently set up and manage BI tools to export live data and import it into familiar BI platforms.
• Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior data from our CRM, which processes a large amount of data points daily, to identify business opportunities, customer retention strategies, and improvements.
• Strategic Advice: Provide actionable insights to the sales team on lead country purchasing strategies and help determine successful pricing strategies per Merchant, country and Merchant Category code.
• Pricing Strategy Analysis: Evaluate different pricing plans (e.g., 30-day vs. 14-day) to identify the most profitable solutions per country for our Merchants.
• Bank Level Insights: Monitor and report changes at the customer acquiring bank level, including transaction blocks and other significant events.
• Reporting: Deliver weekly summaries and monthly plans with clear, data-driven conclusions.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements and predict user lifetime value and ARPU based on comprehensive data analysis.

• Self-Learner: With the ability to independently set up and navigate BI tools and systems.
• Proactive: Ability to interpret data, ask insightful questions, and propose innovative solutions.
• Analytical: Skilled in analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and strategies for customer retention and business growth.
• Communication: Strong presentation skills, capable of summarizing findings and making recommendations to the team. Proficient in English, especially in writing, is required.
• Experience: Proven track record in business intelligence or a related field, with a deep understanding of CRM data analysis, pricing strategies, and market research.

Work Arrangement

• Location: Remote. This role is open to candidates globally, as you will work remotely as an integral extension of our team.
• Language: All communication within the team and documentation is in English. Proficiency in English, especially in writing, is essential.
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
