Call-center operator with knowledge of English and Spanish

It is a remote work. Our company is called Allied Health. The company’s area of activity is health insurance. Our clients are located in the USA, New York. Our primary responsibility involves scheduling two types of appointments for our clients: Care Management visit (CM) and Preventative Care visit. In our team we have a Health Coaches, Call-center operators and other possition.

Main responsibilities of our operators is contacting members, explaining the purpose of the visits, and scheduling a convenient day/time of the visit.

Main duties:

1. Scheduling appointments (daily outgoing / incoming calls to make appointments with our patients)
2. Working with CRM system.
3. Assisting the head of the call center.

Basic requirements:

1. Fluent in English and + Spanish.
2. Confidence in using PC. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. You must have PC with a good microphone and stable internet connection.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
5. Responsibility and diligence.
6. Team player.

Work schedule

1. Working days: Monday-Friday (optional — Saturday).
2. Working hours:from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. New York time (1 hour for lunch break). (15:00—00:00 Kiev time)

About us:

1. Hourly payment on time. We pay 5$ per hour. Salary level depends on the hours worked.
2. Qualification internal training provided.
