SMM manager

Window Repair NYC, one of the area’s fastest-growing window and door companies, is looking for a SMM Manager. We are a TOP 5 window company. We are highly rated on Angie’s list (A+), Home Advisor, Yelp, and Google Maps. We are unique, we not only sell windows and doors, but we also repair them as well.

To lead the social media strategy for the company with the goal of increasing sales, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging the target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement audience engagement strategies across social media platforms.

2. Create, edit, and optimize content for social media posts.

3. Plan and execute advertising campaigns on social media to increase sales and attract new customers.

4. Monitor campaign effectiveness and analyze results to refine strategies.

5. Interact with communities and customers through comments, direct messages, and other communication channels.

6. Stay updated on social media trends and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the company’s strategy.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.

Requirements:

1. Experience managing social media for businesses.

2. Excellent skills in written and visual content marketing.

3. Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to analyze data.

4. Proficiency in using social media advertising tools.

5. Deep understanding of the audience and their needs.

6. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

7. Accountability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
