Job Description / Responsibilities

The primary objective of the Bookkeeper is to perform and manage all accounting-related processes for our foreign subsidiaries of the Group.

• Leading the reporting period closing process for foreign subsidiaries, including general ledger accounts for Bank, Accounts Payable and Payroll Control Accounts;
• Accounting for bank transactions (posting in accounting software, reconciliation of accounting data to bank statements);
• Accounting for vendor transactions (checking source documents and posting in accounting software, performing account reconciliations);
• Accounting for customer transactions (adjusting integrated customer invoices and sending the revised invoices to customers);
• Manage and organize essential documentation;
• Other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned to meet changing business needs and departmental objectives.

Qualifications / Experience required:

• University degree in accounting
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping;
• Good knowledge of accounting principles;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

• Fluent in English language (read, written, spoken);
• Ability to work with a global finance team remotely;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
