Talent Sourcer, Recruiter

We are looking for a talented Recruiter/Talent Sourcer to help us attract the best talent to our company. Your main responsibility will be to proactively source, evaluate and select candidates for various positions. Work hours: 10:00—19:00 EET.

You will work with HR Department ensuring the company’s talent needs are met and ensuring the hiring process is completed successfully.

Requirements:

• Ability to utilize search engines and online resources to effectively source talent.
• Experience in utilizing social media and other channels to engage candidates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Will be an Advantages:

• At least 6 months of experience in a Talent Sourcer or similar recruiting position.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively search for talent using various online platforms, social media, databases and other search tools.
• Evaluate candidates' resumes and application forms, conduct initial phone interviews to determine their suitability for the position.
• Establish and maintain communication with potential candidates, providing information about the company, vacancies and answering their questions.
• Preparing and updating the candidate database, documenting the recruitment process and other relevant documents.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of interaction with the company.
