Monitoring Specialist (Social Media, Apps, YouTube)

As a Monitoring Manager, you’ll take charge of surveilling YouTube channels, social media platforms, and mobile applications with a keen eye to detect any signs of scams or fraudulent activities.

Your primary responsibilities will involve thorough monitoring and analysis, swiftly identifying suspicious behavior, and taking decisive action by lodging complaints where necessary.

If you’re passionate about safeguarding online communities and possess a sharp sense of observation, this role is tailored for you.

You are our perfect match if you got:

• Experience and understanding of the basics of search engines (Google);
• Experience in searching for the necessary information in various GEOs;
• Experience with applications in the AppStore/Google Play (monitoring, blocking);
• Experience in YouTube (monitoring; deleting videos, channels);
• Experience in working with social networks (monitoring; blocking groups/pages);
• Experience with Google Docs; Google Analytics.

What will you do:

• Monitoring application stores to identify traffic; draining applications and work to stop the draining;
• Search for new technical solutions for monitoring applications in different GEOs;
• Youtube monitoring;
• Monitoring social networks and deleting posts;
• Reporting on the work done;
