Sales assistant (B2B)

For our partner — international company we are searching for a Sales Assistant (Kyiv).

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting Managing Director by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and assist customers.
• Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Process sales data and progress reports, follow up on sales leads.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Maintain client database.
• Arrange meetings and conference rooms, coordinate travel arrangements.
• Take part in events, conferences, business trips and other meetings.
• Preparation of sales reports.
• Potential to be responsible for sales in own market area in Ukraine

TASKS

• Processing leads and project opportunities within grain and feed, grain terminals, oil factories, port terminals, rolling mills, power plants that burn with biofuel, factories that manufacture biofuel and consulting engineers
• Establish and expand customer contact, including needs coverage, determination of project solutions and specifications for the projects
• Tender preparation — with support from the Technical Department in Denmark
• Handover of contracted projects to the project managers in Denmark, which includes time and financial reporting
• Expansion of the customer network and follow-up with customers

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, excellent learning abilities
• Confident user of MS office
• Knowledge of English (B1-B2)
• Working experience in B2b sales is a plus
