Junior Monetization manager

Main responsibilities:

• Implement monetization strategies across multiple news websites, niche blogs, social media accounts.
• Connect websites to AdSense and other advertising platforms, ensuring proper integration and optimization.
• Set up and manage affiliate campaigns from the publisher side, including tracking and analyzing performance.
• Test and experiment with different monetization methods to maximize revenue and improve user experience.

Hard skills:

• Experience with setting up and managing monetization platforms such as Google AdSense.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and experience in setting up and managing affiliate campaigns.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to test and optimize monetization hypotheses.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing ad tags and tracking codes.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress for website management and publishing.

Good to have:

• Previous experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing or related fields.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and experience in working with ad networks and exchanges.
• Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze user behavior.
