As Sales Manager, you’ll be

  • Managing sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan to achieve/ exceed budget and sales strategy for the hotel
  • Assisting in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities and analysing sales mix and likely impact on hotel goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for group bookings and events.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential group booking sources.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs) from group clients, providing detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with group clients, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as reservations, reception, F&B to ensure seamless execution of group events and bookings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to group clients before, during, and after their events or stays.

In addition, you’ll ensure that you monitor existing business and input into sales strategy meetings to maximize and grow existing business and establish and pursue leads which will develop business.

Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 years experience as a Sales Manager (or another relevant field) in hotel/ travel/ event company, excellent communication skills, written and oral proficiency in Ukrainian and English languages. Computer literate — Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
