LaFinteca is a leading payment service focused on Latin America, seamlessly integrating popular payment methods across the continent. Specializing in Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), we are delivering a new type of payment system that finds opportunities for clients and helps them grow and succeed.

We help companies to select, integrate, process, and support payment solutions and methods. Reliable payment solutions are the core of our journey. In the exciting phase of rapid growth, we’re on the lookout for a sharp Lead Generation Manager, who will empower our sales squad.

What is important for us:

  • A comprehensive grasp of the B2B sales process (sales funnel, conversions, sales cycles);
  • 2 years of experience as a Lead Generator
  • Profound understanding of marketing fundamentals (USP/ICP/Buyer personas);
  • Proficiency in such tools as Data miner/scraper tools (like Phantom Buster), LinkedIn campaign launcher (like expandi), Email campaign launcher (Mailchimps, Snov.io, etc.);
  • Expertise in leveraging Sales Navigator as a foundational tool for prospecting and building connections within our target market;
  • Aptitude in utilizing no-code automation platforms like Zapier and Make to streamline processes and workflows without extensive coding knowledge;
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc., for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines effectively;
  • Knowledge of task management tools like Jira, Asana, etc.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

What you will do:

  • Planning of strategies for outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn other social media) and lead generation setups;
  • Preparation of outreach campaigns and scripts;
  • Collect and refine search criteria for precise lead targeting;
  • Set up and optimize lead generation tools to capture high-quality leads efficiently;
  • Manage databases for accurate data organization and enrichment;
  • Provide data exchange with the marketing department about clients;
  • Initiate communication with prospective clients to establish meaningful connections;
  • Manage CRM and pipeline for smooth lead progression;
  • Provide support to sales agents throughout client interactions and deal negotiations.
