Sales Operations Manager, Kyiv

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our expanding Sales team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process by providing admin support and assistance to the sales team, updating records, and producing accurate reporting on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales with managing and coordinating the sales process from start to finish. Maintain and update customer information on the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Generate sales reports on a weekly basis and provide timely updates to the sales team and management.
  • Coordinate and schedule key meetings and appointments and demos for the sales teams. Assist in managing and prioritizing sales inquiries and leads.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and KAM and support areas within the business to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
  • Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.
  • Assist in organizing and attending sales events, conferences and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English written and verbal skills (Competence in an additional language (French, Germany, Spanish) is a significant advantage.)
  • Experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the sales process, from the first contact with the client to closing the deal. Maintain the customer database in the CRM system, monitor updates and ensure the accuracy of information.
