Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for a wide range of design tasks, from web design and printed brochures to factory visual guidance system branding and events booth design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a sophisticated taste in design, and a deep commitment to renewable energy brand definition and growth.

Fully remote position: communication through e-mail, Teams and Telegram. We welcome international specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Create a wide range of design products, including web and graphic creatives, that effectively communicate our brand identity and message.
• Utilize a variety of design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D software (if available), to execute design projects with precision and creativity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Track and implement design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure designs are innovative and impactful.
• Adapt design styles and techniques to fit different project needs and target audiences, maintaining consistency and coherence with overall brand identity.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to team members and external partners, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts or related field.
• 3+ years of extensive experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, 3D software would be a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of branding principles and ability to translate brand identity into visual elements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability, with a desire to contribute to positive change.
