Опис вакансії

Requirements

  • Experience as an event manager, project manager, assistant manager or supervisor;
  • Experienced PC user, basic skills in Microsoft Office (tables, texts, presentations) required;
  • Ability to work with online tools: ZOOM, Teams, Google Docs,Slack;Teamwork, and assistance in organizing offline events.

Will be plus

  • Knowledge of graphic programs will be an advantage;
  • Experience in affiliate marketing will be an advantage;
  • Availability of a base of contractors all over the world.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a database of contractors, drawing up briefs, agreeing terms of co-operation with contractors;
  • Ticket ordering, booking of hotels and places at the exhibition;
  • Coordination and ordering of corporate paraphernalia;
  • Search for props, contractors, selection of clothes for models;
  • Participation in the production of merchandise;
  • Participation in the development and preparation of events;
  • Collecting documents for payment, customs declarations and other documents;
  • Organising corporate gifts for employees and partners ;
  • Sending gifts;
  • Development of presentations with selection of goods and content for events;
  • Meeting with contractors, checking the quality of products;
  • Making payments to contractors, monitoring payments;
  • Attending events to coordinate and assist during the event;
  • Fulfillment of the rules of preparation and organization of events, taking into account the current market situation.
