Requirements:

• At least 6 month of experience with non-contentious legal matters falling under the US jurisdiction;

• Degree in international (preferred) or domestic law (last year student is fine too), or international relations.
• Understanding of US Business and Corporate Law (matters related to incorporation, M&A, dissolution;

Tasks:

• Drafting legal agreements between the company and its clients, employees, and business partners, eg: ICA, NDA, Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreement, Employment Agreement, Partnetship Agreement, M&A agreements (PSA, Assignment.
