Pre-sales manager, qualifier

Currently in search of a pre-sales manager/qualifier.

Qualifiers Responsibilities:

• Call potential clients to establish contact and understand their needs and interest in our product.
• Conduct correspondence in messengers to communicate with clients and obtain additional information about their needs.
• Actively research client needs and identify opportunities for our product through effective communication and tracking of their requests.
• Refer interested clients to our experts for further consultation and deal closure.
• Collect and systematize information about clients and their needs for subsequent analysis and refinement of sales strategies.

Requirements:

1. Excellent command of English sufficient for effective interaction with clients.
2. Experience in remote sales, cold calling, or call center work is a plus.
3. Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems.
4. Constructive and friendly attitude in relationships with clients and colleagues.
5. Responsible approach to completing tasks and achieving goals.
