Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Content Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence by adding new products, optimizing product content for better visibility, and merchandising products for sales events. You will act as a vital bridge between suppliers and our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless integration of new offerings. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong affinity for home & living products, and a background in e-commerce.

Responsibilities:Product Content Creation and Optimization: Develop and maintain accurate and engaging product descriptions and specifications. Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and engagement.

Product Addition and Updates:Regularly add new products to the platform and update existing listings to reflect changes in product specifications, pricing, or availability.

Supplier Coordination:Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that product information is accurate and comprehensive. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications.

Merchandising and Promotions:Strategically merchandise products in alignment with sales events and promotional activities. Analyze sales data to determine product placement and promotional strategies.

Category Management:Oversee the content and presentation of specific product categories on the website. Ensure category descriptions are compelling and helpful for consumers.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT departments to ensure a cohesive user experience and effective product presentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in furniture, home decor or fashion is mandatory
• Excellent in writing and understanding of brand guidelines
• Proven experience in product content or a related role within an e-commerce environment
• Magento 2 Experience is a bonus. Multilingual experience (German, French, Dutch) is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for the home & living industry.
• Ability to balance junior and senior-level tasks, demonstrating both hands-on skills and strategic thinking.
• Previous experience with SEO, content writing, and online marketing strategies is highly desirable.
