Motivation:

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in the financial investment sector, including roles in audit, investment firms, funds, banks, or IT companies.
• Proficiency in software tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs.
• Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian languages.
• Experience in developing financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting company valuations, and creating teasers, presentations, and investment memorandums.

What we expect from potential candidates:

1. Familiarity with investment banking practices, particularly in M&A transactions and venture investments.
2. Demonstrated interest in the investment industry, with a deep understanding of both local and global business landscapes and recent significant events.
3. Enthusiasm, initiative, effective communication skills, and the ability to articulate and defend one’s perspectives.
4. Commitment to teamwork and the attainment of set objectives.
5. Knowledge of emerging technologies and promising sectors, alongside a comprehensive understanding of global financial markets.
6. Understanding of various financial instruments.
7. Proficiency in interpreting financial statements, comprehending interest rates, and conducting financial investment analysis, including methods like DCF, comparative analysis, IRR, NPV, DSCR, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting analysis and preparing documentation for potential deals, including M&A transactions and direct or venture investments.
• Evaluating ongoing investment projects.
• Identifying investment opportunities and setting investment objectives.
• Developing presentations and financial models to support investment decisions.
• Providing support during negotiation processes.
