Сommunity Manager (Diia.City United)

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and driven Сommunity Manager who will be able to gather the residents of our community for better mutually beneficial interaction.

What you will do:

• Moderate working groups (meetings of working groups and committees that can take place in a hybrid way, online or offline);
• Communicate with community members on a daily basis, moderate chats, and share useful content;
• Address questions and requests from members in a timely and professional manner;
• Suggest new ideas for engaging members for more productive cooperation;
• Stay up to date with digital technology trends relevant to community management;
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on all activities related to community management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating educational projects, event, partnership, or community management;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content (ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing);
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. launching a brand ambassador program, creating an event series or writing an email newsletter);
• Energetic, cooperative, and hands-on attitude;
• Desire to take the initiative and ability to get things done;
• Great attention to detail;
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms and social media management tools;
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

A plus will be:

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+);
• Previous experience in Edtech, NGOs, and similar projects.
