Corporate Language Training Program Manager

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the methodology of learning foreign languages
• Experience in participating in corporate English language learning programs on the customer’s side as a methodologist/coordinator/project manager or on the part of the provider school as an academic director/head of the corporate training department
• Experience in managing a team of teachers (including selection, performance assessment)
• Experience in effectively planning classes taking into account the workload of teachers and the work schedule of staff (participants)
• Negotiation skills with potential providers (language schools) on cooperation issues.
• Experience in analyzing the effectiveness of teaching English
• Skills in generating internal reporting for management and key stakeholders on class attendance, learning progress, and other issues.
• Knowledge of English at level B2+/C1

Areas of responsibility:

• Organization of English language learning for ecosystem employees (globally)
• Development and implementation of specialized professional English language courses for individual functions and areas
• Managing a team of teachers (full-time and part-time), searching, selecting and hiring (if necessary) new ones.
• Searching and negotiating cooperation with language schools (Ukraine, Eastern Europe)
• Interaction with key stakeholders within the ecosystem on issues of collecting and analyzing needs, forming groups of employees, reporting on attendance and training progress.
• Building an effective class schedule taking into account teaching resources, distribution of employees by areas and level of incoming language knowledge.
• Subordinate to the program administrator
