Lead Generation Manager

We’re expanding our team and are currently seeking a Lead Generation Manager or SDR to play a crucial role in attracting customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our competitiveness. This role will also involve optimizing our sales team’s performance.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lead Generation Manager, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) in B2B service-oriented companies.
• Proficiency in lead generation through personalized communication within software development or outsourcing firms.
• Comprehensive understanding of the web/mobile development lifecycle and related technologies.
• Familiarity with UX/UI services.
• Familiarity with email template design and development.
• Proficient in English at a B2/C1 level.
• Strong business writing and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of sales processes.
• Excellent self-management skills with a focus on both results and processes.
• Eagerness to transition into a sales role.

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous:

• Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach strategies.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Assisting with pre-sales activities.
• Collaborating with technical teams to meet client requirements.
• Engaging in professional communication with potential clients.
• Clarifying and understanding client needs.
• Managing leads using the Pipedrive system.
• Providing regular progress updates on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Implementing LinkedIn and email outreach strategies.
