Product Specialist

Job Description:**

As a Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized technical and applications support to users of our product portfolio across different interventional indications. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining office-based tasks with field activities. The aim of this internship is to train you for a long-term development pathway within our company.

Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide technical and applications support for our product portfolios in coronary, vascular/peripheral, and neuro interventional procedures.
• Maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Deliver training and guidance to customers on product operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Profile:**

• Nurses, doctors, cardiologists…
• Students of Biomedical Engineering, Biomedicine, Biology, or relevant scientific studies.
• Ability to enter into curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements.
• Currently enrolled with a Spanish university.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (conversational with good writing skills), basic Chinese is a plus.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Interest in new technologies.
• Analytical thinking.
