A valued client of Aurum law firm is in search of a skilled lawyer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work exclusively with our client, under the supervision of our experienced team members.
Essentially, you will be an outstaffed in-house lawyer working for one particular client of Aurum, providing dedicated legal support to the client’s operations under supervision of senior team members.

Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
- Serving as a liaison between our firm and the client.
- Overseeing contract management processes.
- Facilitating paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Providing legal support and guidance to client.
- Coordinating communication with vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
- Legal experience in a similar industry, ideally 1 to 3 years.
- Work experience in the tech industry (IT, blockchain, FinTech company) is advantageous.
- Experience with corporate services, contract drafting, and VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) licensing would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level, with experience in legal English being essential.
- Soft skills including agility, efficiency, and ownership are highly valued.
