    Опис вакансії

    UnioTech is an engineering company that is working for more than 7 years in the market of smart electronics and embedded systems. We develop in C / C ++ for various microcontrollers and processors with and without an operating system and create ready-made working prototypes of devices with our departments.

    We are pleased to invite a Sales Manager to our team.

    Requirements:

    • Upper intermediate English skills required for effective communication
    • Bachelors degree or higher.
    • Previous experience as SDR/ Sales Manager in IT or related IT sphere
    • Learn and adapt fast to relevant industries and business needs
    • Listening skills, presentation and counselling skills.
    • Proactivity and hands-on mentality to help develop product and internal processes.

    Nice-to-have skills

    • Project management experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads;
    • Conduct outbound/inbound outreach to potential leads;
    • Establish effective communication with leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, email, etc.;
    • Bring ideas and test new hypotheses
    • Handle negotiations and close the deals;
    • Manage the sales process from lead identification through close;
    • Maintain current sales status in CRM system;
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
