    Hours: Part-Time, 10 hours per week

    High-Level Overview:

    • Manage sensitive matters with confidentiality, especially financial decisions.
    • Maintain high responsiveness to communication outside of normal business hours.
    • Represent the executive with integrity and professionalism.
    • Assist in enhancing the executive’s personal brand.
    • Take initiative to support the executive’s goals and protect their time.
    • Oversee special projects and handle external communications.
    • Work closely with the COO as needed.

    Task Areas:

    1. Introductions to High Profile Leads and Connections:

    • Manage email introductions to industry leaders.
    • Ensure timely responses and facilitate next steps.
    • Track conversations and outcomes.

    2. General Scheduling Help:

    • Schedule and confirm business appointments.
    • Manage initial booking and rescheduling.
    • Update online calendars and send reminders.

    3. Sales Support:

    • Follow up on sales calls and send follow-up emails.
    • Provide personal sales support and maintain CRM.

    4. Launchpad Program Progress Tracking (Sales):

    • Outreach to clients who haven’t finished courses.
    • Track progress and follow-ups.

    5. Affiliate Partner Management:

    • Track referrals and manage affiliate partners.
    • Coordinate marketing materials and events.

    6. LinkedIn Management:

    • Build relationships and manage connections.
    • Draft response templates and track leads.

    7. Booking to Speak/Teach:

    • Pitch April for podcast appearances and speaking engagements.
    • Manage scheduling and follow-ups.

    8. Online Event Support:

    • Provide concierge support during virtual events.
    • Assist with Zoom and manage event data.

    This job requires exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to support the executive effectively.
