We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our financial team.

The senior accountant is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, analysis, internal controls, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizing and submitting reports for Individual Entrepreneurs (FOP employees) of the company.
Ensuring accurate reflection of payroll transactions in the management accounting records.
Organizing and recording the acquisition of Fixed Assets, Intangible Assets, and other non-material assets in the management accounting.
Performing accounting entries, preparing and submitting reports for the representation office in Ukraine (Kyiv office).
Monitoring and participating in budgeting for company events. Calculations with accountable persons (travel expenses, operational expenses, etc.) and reflecting such transactions in management accounting. Ensuring the availability of primary documents.

Requirements:

Desired experience in working with Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Accounts Payable.
Experience with managing a team of over 100 employees.
Deep knowledge of Ukrainian legislation regarding the preparation and submission of reports for Individual Entrepreneurs.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.
High level of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality.
English — B2 +
