Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the web development industry as a Lead Generation Specialist or Sales Development Representative, particularly within outsourcing environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, LH2, Snov.io, and others
- Demonstrated familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Quora
- Advanced proficiency in conducting effective searches and crafting persuasive written content
- Track record of meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs, driven by a commitment to results
- Strong research acumen, analytical capabilities, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Scouting for potential projects and partnerships on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and others
- Analyzing IT job descriptions on company websites and online marketplaces
- Identifying and vetting leads through targeted messaging and email outreach
- Delivering compelling company introductions during initial correspondence
- Regularly following up with leads and arranging introductory calls with our JavaScript developers
